Very diverse and accepting of differences.

Bonuses and ample PTO given.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and supportive and generally try to contribute to the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling shifts in a sensible and useful manner such that we don't have any inconvenient gaps.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not a bad place, but it can be tedious, especially on the sales side. Dealing with the customers is difficult sometimes as well. I wish we could do away with the sales aspect as tellers.
