it is a great place to work
Good bonus structure, but company desperately needs more balanced gender and ethnic representation in commercial roles from RVP upwards. Constant changes in process in order to try to affect change, company needs to focus on fostering a customer-first culture across the organisation.
So far so good. I am relatively new to the organization but thrilled with my decision to join the team.
More accountability & transparency from executive leadership
A truly horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs. Abusive, unconsciously-incompetent leaders, zero psychological safety, infighting, politics, Low employee engagement and well-being. A dangerous and unsafe work environment, be warned.
