What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated fairly for the work that I do and feel that the conversation was transparent from the beginning.

What are some of the best things about your team?
we all get along well
The diversity and inclusion of my teammates is AMAZING. I feel valued and heard. I know that my manager cares about my experience joining the team and truly cares about me personally and professionally. I am stretched to try new things and encouraged to be myself at work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve internal processes, most are half-baked and poorly implemented leading to miscommunications, misunderstanding and conflict
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive culture is felt through routine communication from my manager and teammates that share what they are working on and how we are all connected to achieving company goals.
Great attitudes and a forward thinking team. Everyone really pulls together to give the customers a great experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A commitment to progressive ideals and innovation. Our product gets lots of forward thinking and ideas, but we seem to fall short on innovating when it comes to our culture. Executive leadership is stuck in the past.
A complete reboot, preferable incorporation into a larger, healthier workplace culture via acquisition

Learning about the company and the manager that I would be working with/for and the team.

Speed up time from job offer to start of employment.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do makes a difference in the lives of others. I am happy that my work is a value add to all employees.
Working with huge companies and making them even more successful. It's so powerful knowing our little company has such a big impact on major brands you hear about every day.
