Working alongside my peers/coworkers as well as interacting with the students we serve make me the happiest in my work. I love the people-centered, human-centric approach of Tech Elevator.

The students are often amazing human beings and seeing them succeed is wonderful.

Every 14 weeks we start a new cohort of students. Seeing the growth, success, and confidence of our students as they progress through the program is the best part of the job.

My workload is effectively paced, and I feel comfortable reaching out to my manager for any help.

Seeing the daily and weekly progress of current students is great, but there's nothing like that feeling when one of your alumni reach out to celebrate a job offer, or follow up a year or so down the road to thank you for the difference you've made in their lives.

The company culture is top-notch! I love getting up every morning and going to my job where I work with confident, competent, and kind people.

I'd like to really feel like they appreciate us genuinely as people and the incredible work we do. I'd like to see them listen to us when we bring problems forward and involve us in solving them.

I would like a simpler bonus structure. The structure currently in place is OK, but kind of convoluted and can get very confusing.
