Very down to earth, awesome people.

The open leave policy. It's really nice not having to keep track of vacation days.

It's always changing (in a good way) to keep employees happy (office renovations, perks, etc.).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is hard working and driven. Most of the company is young too which is nice (25-35).
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to do what I need to do in order to balance work, friends and family. But also the freedom to self-manage and explore new ideas and opportunity.
