What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring, open, honest, approachable, smart
Smart. Hardworking. Accessible. Transparent. No polttics
My manager is very smart and provides me with a clear direction of why we are focused on key initiatives. She along with the rest of the executive team communicate regularly that keep me informed about other aspects of the business. It means a lot to me and I'm sure others appreciate it.

Very high pay for top performers. Veey good benefits
The open leave policy. It's really nice not having to keep track of vacation days.

We are close ans support each other. Can be a little challenging with many of us working from home and not seeing each other as much in person. We try to go into the office a bit more now and make sure others on our team are there too.
