The leadership needs to be more compassionate. They need to start removing DSATs as a result of Misplaced ratings, Mid-chat abandoned, and DSATs that come from unresolved cases especially when it's not the agents fault.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better salary, more vacations for good performance, better bonuses for good performance etc
Give a better starting pay.
The fact that you see what lesser partners of Microsoft pay thier staffs makes me feel undervalued

The salary offered does not equate to the job and the syress/challenge/trauma that comes with it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more open-minded, and accept other culture, language, etc. cause usually they are judgemental.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
engineers are micro-managed. getting query is second to breathing

they should just straight forward tell engineers what they are coming to face

Speak openly about what bothers you to help me understand how to improve work wise and accept me as a human being.
Employees deserve to go on holidays like christmas, we have families and it is only right we spend these holidays with them and not be threatened with dismissal at every single turn

American culture needs to be understood. Commitments honored that are stated on paper. HR that steps up and stops the no breaks, no annual reviews, bigotry by certain managers, large pop of employees view them useless. All stems from understanding American culture without bias by executive levels.
