There is a hug distance between leadership team and support engineers

What I like best about the leadership team is that they are masters at keeping the company operational, but rarely listen to the complaints of staff for industry-grade salaries at all. They kept the fact that we would be working as Support Engineers for Microsoft, and we work at 1/100th normal rates

The leadership team is good. However, their compensation plan for their Nigerian branch is very poor. I earn about 300 USD per month and my annual salary is just 4000 USD and yet employees do the same job globally.

Managers and operation manager are not polite, however teammates help going tru the day and make your day easier

It is fast and doesn't prejudge you. If you can learn fast, they will give you a chance, perhaps because the pay rates are low.
