Mr. Mark J. Hirschhorn has been the Chief Financial Officer of TelaDoc Inc. since October 2012 and its Chief Operating Officer since September 28, 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since October 2012. Mr. Hirschhorn has more than 20 years of financial executive experience. He has extensive experience in multinational corporations, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as significant experience with start-up entities and the implementation of financial controls, procedures and risk management. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of SkyAuction.com Inc., since July 2000 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial officer and Vice President of Radio Computing Services Inc.(RCS), an international software technology company that serves the media and entertainment markets. From 1999 to July 2000, Mr. Hirschhorn served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of deltathree.com, an affiliate of RSL Communications, Ltd. From February 2003 to March 2004, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Datatec Systems Inc. From January 1996 to May 1999, Mr. Hirschhorn served in various capacities at RSL Communications, Ltd., including Vice President-Finance from August 1997 to May 1999, Global Controller from January 1996 to May 1999 and Assistant Secretary from September 1996 to May 1999. From March 2001 to October 2002, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BT Radianz Inc. While at RSL, he transitioned into the Chief Financial Officer role at Deltathree Communications. He served as an Independent Director of Churchill Ventures Ltd. since February 29, 2008. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Skyauction. com. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hirschhorn received a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1986.
