    401 K and dental and medical package.

    The nurse manager had an open door policy that made accessible when there were concerns.
  • What did you like most about the interview process?
    The friendliness of the nurse manager. He had a great sense of humor and despite the importance of the questions I felt respected.

    Educate staff and leaders on how to manage psychiatric emergencies appropriately. They could also do better of creating a culture of respect and professionalism.

    Stop the cliques, there were too many of them. People that knew each other since they were children were allowed to work together and they merely supported each other and no one else.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Make sure the people you hire have integrity and honesty. I felt my job was threatened by certain staff because they wanted my hours.
