What is the best part about your compensation package?401 K and dental and medical package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The nurse manager had an open door policy that made accessible when there were concerns.
What did you like most about the interview process?The friendliness of the nurse manager. He had a great sense of humor and despite the importance of the questions I felt respected.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Educate staff and leaders on how to manage psychiatric emergencies appropriately. They could also do better of creating a culture of respect and professionalism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop the cliques, there were too many of them. People that knew each other since they were children were allowed to work together and they merely supported each other and no one else.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Make sure the people you hire have integrity and honesty. I felt my job was threatened by certain staff because they wanted my hours.
