Ms. Janice L. Hess, also known as Jan, serves as the President of Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. Ms. Hess serves as Executive Vice President of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated and has been its President of the Engineered Systems Segment. since May 16, 2014. Ms. Hess served as the Chief Operating Officer of Engineered Systems Segment at Teledyne Technologies Inc. Ms. Hess served as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Finance at Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. She served as Vice President of Finance at Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. She joined Teledyne Brown in 2000, serving as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Teledyne, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Intergraph Computer Systems in Huntsville, Ala. She spent 17 years with Intergraph beginning in international finance and advancing to positions of increasing responsibility at the company. She also worked for Price Waterhouse in Birmingham, Ala. Ms. Hess serves as a Director of Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc.
