Mr. Jason W. Connell has been Vice President of Human Resources and Associate General Counsel at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated since December 2016 and November 2016 respectively and served as its Acting Vice President of Human Resources since November 2016 until December 2016. Mr. Connell provides guidance to the companies in the Engineered Systems segment of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated across multiple areas of the law, including litigation, government and commercial contracts, employment law, real property, government compliance matters and intellectual property. Mr. Connell has a broad legal background in both private and corporate practice. Mr. Connell joined Teledyne Brown Engineering in early 2011 as a member of the leadership team. He served as Senior Corporate Counsel of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. Mr. Connell served as General Counsel at Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. Before joining Teledyne Brown, he served as counsel for Intergraph Corporation's Process, Power and Marine Division. His experience at Intergraph included extensive contractual and legal negotiations on software licensing, acquisitions, internal procedure development and other legal compliance matters. Prior to working at Intergraph, Connell was in private legal practice with the Alabama-based law firm Sirote & Permutt, P.C. Mr. Connell serves as Director at Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. While in private practice, Connell focused on civil litigation matters. He is Member of the Alabama Law Review in law school. He was a recipient of the Jack Warner Scholarship in undergraduate school. Mr. Connell earned his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Alabama.
