Supportive, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, extraordinary.
The best thing about my team is that we can all get along and work together. If we have any problems we work them out and solve it.
We can go to each other with questions and we work together to make sure that no one is getting overwhelmed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work is work and shouldn't have to be like high school with all the gossip.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire staff from the executive branch to the agents.
The environment allows people to be comfortable and ask for help when it's needed.
We do company meals and it feels like a family.
I don't feel like a name on a report. My managers know who I am and what's going on in my life that may affect my work. And they're willing to work with me to solve any issues.
