Medical but not the best. Great dental and ok vision though. 401k and a standard vacation package.
Good and comprehensive health benefits, 401K, and I believe there is also a continuing education program as well.
Health insurance but is not that great.
What does the ideal candidate in the Customer Support department look like at Telerx?
We come from all walks of life and levels of education. The most important factor is the desire to help. The ideal candidate will be understanding, caring and helpful to the consumer's needs. The ability to flow with changes in the department is also important - there's always something new in the works.
How flexible is your work schedule at Telerx?
Leadership has always been really good about working with me when life goes sideways and I've needed to rework my schedule. They do everything they can to accommodate their employees needs.
How helpful was your Customer Support team when you were first hired at Telerx?
The teams at Telerx were very helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed to learn and perform my job.
