Deal with customer concerns. Sending concerns and complaints to offshore call centers to frustrate customers is a really pathetic and counterproductive strategy. At the end of this contract, I am switching to Optus. They are also Terrible but I have had it with Telstra.

Stop ripping off customers. Full stop

Telstra internet is simply dreadful. The customer service leaves you hanging on the phone for 45 minutes (my personal service). The fixes don't last. They hope you won't ring back and complain again. Telstra CEO needs to fix these issues quickly.
