keeping team members engaged by collaboration
Really experienced leadership, always keen to reach out and showcase what we all work so hard to deliver.

Need leadership NOT bosses at work place.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay almost $15k less than other places. Make flase promises with bonuses and job promotions.
I do get very got performance appraisals but not comparable Pay rises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a good team
Most of my team help each other out some create more work for the rest of us
Very supportive and agile open to new ideas.
We all treat eachother as family and try to help eachother
