Respect and to value their team with pay that matches cost of living, healthcare. We are humans.
Leadership needs to be more fair with employees and not show favoritism between staff members.
Don’t rush into things when speaking to your employee when it involves a serious matter: When you rush into things that means youre jumping into conclusions. Listen first, think about it throughly. When your own employess start to believe they don’t mean a thing to you besides making money every
Communcation and be able to opay there employees
Good listener and works with employees not against them
Match cost of living in my area
Yes but unfortunately we were not treated the best
I just got covid and i had 24:30 hours they sid home office was gonna cover my sick pay . I received my paycheck . And i made the math and it dosent add up
If I had a better partner to help me and they were more organized, I would have a better experience at work
A true living wage ,not minimum wage "plus tips" full medical and dental benefits for all employees, and not some cheap bargain plan only available for full time employees. Most of us aren't eligible. Paid time off, and the occasional "thanks everyone" would go a long way
I think coworkers can be mean to each other. An even more nice and supportive environment would be nice.
We need to have more perks
Changing management to someone who does with hold pay
UCI. Location. Terrible place to work. All Tender Greens care about is making money. They do not care about their employees.
It would be great to have more creative freedom at work. I always thought it would be cool if employees could more easily move up to chef positions and create recipes.
My supervisors are too strict
