Mr. Mark A. Culhane has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Teradata Corporation since November 10, 2017. Since 2016, Mr. Culhane has run Culhane Advisory Services, which counsels management teams at venture and private equity-backed cloud software companies on financial strategies, financial reporting, go-to-market strategies and supporting and scaling growth. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lithium Technologies Inc. from December 3, 2012 to September 1, 2016 and its Senior Vice President from 2012 to 2016. He has three decades experience as an industry financial leader. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of DemandTec, Inc. from August 2001 to May 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He also established DemandTec's SaaS business model and its international operations to support global expansion and led the strategic sale of it to IBM. Mr. Culhane has over 20 years of Executive Financial and Operations management experience with high growth domestic and international technology companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of iManage Inc., from September 1998 to August 2001. From June 1992 to December 1997, Mr. Culhane held various positions at SciClone Pharmaceuticals, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Secretary from May 1994 to December 1997. From July 1982 to July 1992, he held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly, Price Waterhouse LLP), including as its Senior Manager. He serves on the Board of Directors of UserZoom. Mr. Culhane has been a Director of Callidus Software Inc. since June 2010. He holds a CPA certificate from the State of California. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
