What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is some really good leadership and they seem to be very involved in the overall process. The business seems to be thinking short term so this often seems to push leadership to focus on short term wins rather than the overall health of the company

quit and be replaced by smarter people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company should try to be competitive with businesses in the same space. Company seems to be removing special events and really focusing on saving costs This makes business sense but isn't so great for the employees. Insurance is also pretty bad and vacation time is low for long time employees
better pay and more vacation

put their personal ego's aside and actually work together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are excited about what is coming. There seems to be a lot of hope that we will come out on top once everything is done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management and especially HR.
replace all of upper management

More truth less lies and an honest overview
The honesty of it. They were very clear on their needs and expectations. No pretense or phony nonsense.

the leads/managers of departments should be involved in the hiring process more

The work. What we are doing and how we make a difference in employees lives for the services we offer.
upper management cares only about profit and how they look publicly they don't care at all about their employees
