What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are excited about what is coming. There seems to be a lot of hope that we will come out on top once everything is done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is some really good leadership and they seem to be very involved in the overall process. The business seems to be thinking short term so this often seems to push leadership to focus on short term wins rather than the overall health of the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company should try to be competitive with businesses in the same space. Company seems to be removing special events and really focusing on saving costs This makes business sense but isn't so great for the employees. Insurance is also pretty bad and vacation time is low for long time employees
