What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard working and intelligent. Work together well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Seeking and listening to feedback from the workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Freedom from micromanaging....most of the time. Except higher management.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having the tools I need and sufficient staff to do a good job. Company needs to really dig in and figure out how to keep good workers from quitting. Start with pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Competitive wages, more generous pto, guaranteed raises that exceed inflation. Prompt notification of time off approval (should not have to wait more than 2 weeks after request). Remove the limit on calling in sick. That's what time and is for. People get sick. The lack of trust is apparent.
