TI is still stuck back in the 1960s. Their processes and management are very inward looking. They ignore, or worse, are oblivious of the achievements and progress in management and technology from other companies in the semiconductor industry. They have too many lifers and need new blood.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TI executives are mostly homegrown. Anyone with new ideas will not be successful here. The best executives had to leave the company and move on to others companies. It's a stifling environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The payscales at TI are antiquated. Coming from Silicon Valley they expected people to take big pay cuts to move to Dallas, despite the fact that the cost of living in Dallas has been increasing at a nearly astronomical rate. They cannot attract the best and brightest to this dismal area.
