Communication and process efficiency. They seem slow, unorganized and implement policy on very arbitrary bases with no consideration for facts that vary wide in different cases or how they directly impact authors who produce TB's own commodity that generates its revenues.

The pay is extremely low for the amount of work that is required. This is less than minimum wage at times depending on how much work is even available

Not positioned to offer meaningful input on this particular issue, as all communication is via email or phone. No routine meetings between clients and affiliated freelance writers are permitted for obvious reasons. Nor does TB host teleconferencing sessions for real-time contact with other authors.

Better explaining our services to clients so they better know how to ask for what they want, and by creating a more involved, cooperative atmosphere for the authors. Also, update the leaderboard, it's been sitting there for six weeks.

too many silly restrictions and not enough compensation for the amount of work

Unfortunately, Textbroker mostly attracts indifferent and inconsiderate customers, although there are a few wonderful clients that use our services.

TB's head honchos have been misled into thinking they run things but are truly just back-end puppets being pulled on strings from far away. The best way to improve their position is to begin with admission of error and oversight. Then, re-prioritize a new agenda to organize processes and procedures.
