Leadership is open to answering questions. Overall vision seems clear.

Leadership at TextNow is very transparent about our goals and how we're doing, and they make themselves available to answer any questions employees have - even the difficult questions.
They're growing the company thoughtfully without putting the great culture we've built at risk.

The leadership team must prioritize employee support, enhance communication, set a clear vision, invest in development, and enforce accountability to foster organizational success and employee satisfaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many benefits to take advantage of. PTO and mental health days are a huge bonus.

Everyone is considerate and easy to work with. Ideas are appreciated and everyone is open.
We care about each other
Diverse, inclusive, collaborative and hardworking.
We have no meetings on Wednesdays and we have a work Best Policy. Our team connects on Slack and work well together.
Collaborative, hard working, no ego and willing to help out and do what it takes to help the company scale

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall feeling at the company that everyone is on the same team and will help each other out.
no brilliant jerks, mutual respect and team work
the culture is very employee supportive. mental health, DEI, work best- all of these are employee focused

What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruitment team was extremely responsive. I finished all my interviews within a weeks time allowing me time to decide between multiple options.
Recruiting was constantly in touch and the rounds were organized well.
