no brilliant jerks, mutual respect and team work
the culture is very employee supportive. mental health, DEI, work best- all of these are employee focused

Everyone is invested in the success of their team and co-workers.
We are open and honest
The flexibility, especially how the pivoted during the pandemic. If something comes up in your personal life there is no push back and people are supportive to help. They transferred to a remote work from home model as well.
