Textron Systems’ Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) is the next generation of the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC), providing a modernized means to reach and move personnel and materials across geographically dispersed areas. The SSC is an extremely capable and versatile craft - able to deliver bulk cargo and 130 personnel from United States Navy (USN) well-deck assault ships to challenging shorelines.

- What makes you most happy at work?Knowing, as a veteran, that what I do everyday is in some way tied to supporting our soldiers, sailors, Airmen, and Marines.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are good communicators, set a clear strategy and help us understand our mission and purpose. Also, I beleive the leadership at Textron Systems to be ethical.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I like that I have base plus short and long term incentives. I also like that we can recognize others through spot award in our Textron Systems Salutes platform.
