My leadership team excels in addressing the issues that arise with conflicts. The leaders motivates the team and gives incentive to do better.
One of the best companies I have ever worked for. Lots of changes going on but excited to see TBS being great again.

Experience and communication, they needed to embrace the brand ethos

Pay and be fits are very fair

Despite of being in retail, the yearly increase promised with increase in sales keeps me motivated to do better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too many meetings in head office less time was given to the sharp end, when Anita was there you always felt campaigns mattered not any longer

Team leaders earn 30p more than the consultant team. Made to put in extra work sometimes in personal time without any praise or benefit. Positive contributions not noticed but if you make a mistake you will hear about it. Pressure to get all customers to sign up for cards even when they don't want
What are some of the best things about your team?
it's always about the people; good collaboration and always able to give positive feedback when it's due
My team is goal oriented, passionate about the product and are customer service oriented.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The staff are good and cooperative, but the person in charge and the manager are unfair.
Team largely good but experience ultimately ruined by upper management

Everyone is passionate about seeing the business succeed and promoting the good we do

Provide a clear picture of the work

Group challenges all candidates together having to work as a team

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good person in charge Good work environment
The products are no longer perceived as fresh ingredients and pure so really just the same as Boots, you used to go on a body shop tour and see fresh bananas being prepared for use now everything that people loved has gone
