Kari Hallowell — Chief Financial Officer at The Change Company

Kari Hallowell joined Change in 2018 and serves as the CFO. She has more than 15 years of experience in banking and mortgage banking. She is a certified public accountant and is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Treasury & Payroll. She is a seasoned financial executive with experience in working with companies that are rapidly growing or require transformation. She has expertise building high performance finance teams, creating scalable and efficient infrastructures, improving financial performance, and strengthening internal controls. Prior to Change, she was the Chief Accounting Officer at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, Senior VP and Director of Finance for Banc of California, and Senior VP and Corporate Controller for a Citigroup subsidiary. She has 25 years of overall experience in Finance and Accounting. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul with dual degrees in Accounting & Finance. She is the President of the San Juan Children’s Education Foundation.
