Executive Bio

Martice Mills is Head of Corporate Strategy for Change Home Mortgage. Most recently Mr. Mills was a Director within Banc of California’s Institutional Banking Division and Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Banc of California, Martice served as the Director of Business Development for Clearinghouse CDFI where he focused on providing acquisition, refinance and construction capital for borrowers providing impact to Low-and-Moderate income (LMI) census tract areas. Prior to Clearinghouse he was Fund Manager for a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) located in Los Angeles, with an emphasis on South LA. Martice attended the University of California, Irvine for undergrad studies. Currently Martice is a board member of Skid Row Housing Trust, a permanent supportive housing developer serving primarily African-American and Latino homeless population in Los Angeles. He is also a loan committee member for the County of Los Angeles’ Community Development Commission.
