What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am making a difference for underserved people and communities like the town where I grew up. I also love that I can talk to my kids about what I do and they think its pretty cool too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the mission. People work really hard because we are excited about what we are doing. Everyone is proud of the work we are doing in our communities and across the nation and that comes out in our culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity and passion of the team. The diversity of background, experience and skills. Everyone has a different perspective and ideas on how best to build the right products and services for our targets markets but everyone has the same passion for what we are doing and our mission.
