Mr. Matthew Eliot Clark, also known as Matt, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated since July 7, 2017. Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated since January 2006 until July 7, 2017. Mr. Clark served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. Mr. Clark oversaw the strategy, planning, treasury and risk management functions. He also supported investor relations as well as corporate governance during his tenure and most led its minority investment in two external, high-growth restaurant brands. Earlier in his career, he held a number of finance positions of increasing responsibility at Groupe Danone, Kinko's and The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Clark received an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
