What do you like best about the leadership team?
We're all working towards a common goal.
It all depends on what department you're in, and the director you report to. My director is good with talent management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders are always skilled in their specific field, but are rarely trained in management or leadership. These skills are underdeveloped.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a contingent employee so I'm kind of treated like I'm expendable. Even though I have a great skill set and have a lot to offer
Employees in other departments who do the same job are paid considerably more. There should be greater interdepartmental consistency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're like a tight-knit family

It's friendly and laid-back
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Dress code is very stifling, work from home would help a lot too. Could probably pay for more catered meals or snacks for employees as well
