I get to work independently throughpout the day with patients and I also have time working as part of a pharmacy team working with patients throughout the day. There is enough variety in my job to satisfy me.

When you treat your employees poorly and pay them worse (with seemingly large promised salaries with lies about raises and bonuses-that salary is just an illusion) you het what you pay for. Customers WILL SUFFER as a result of incompetent staff being the only ones who stay
No one wants to talk to us because we come off as a sales call and they don’t care whether or not it saves they money or are from their insurance company. No one wants to talk to a salesman. Especially when cold called. Real sales should not come off as sales. This needs to be taug

Patients all say the same thing- mo accountability. Everyone says they will call back and never do. They have a lacknof trust in our company. They do not like our processes and feel they need to improve.
