The company is great and the mission is fantastic. The con of working remotely is that training tends to lag.

We are a small but mighty team.

My type of work engages with community, so that is the best part of my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team is transparent and continuosly strives to be better. They hold townhalls where they listen to employee questions and attempt to answer it in a clear and concise manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are decent, however the bonus structure is set up as such that bonuses aren't necessarily high. Also, this year specifically, they did not take inflation into consideration and our raises did not reflect that. Also for a health care company, insurance is relatively high and deductible.
