The experience has been good and beneficial but it feels like your dedication of working in the company for years does not afford you the chance to transition to other departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They teach principles of the business but do not micromanage each individual.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The built vacation time is sometimes more than I know what to do with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom afforded to get the work done. Use the campus gym. The occasional social events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lack of drama as everyone is focused on getting their work done as quickly as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all compassionate to others. Inquisitive to understand new policy and procedure. We are unafraid to voice dissent but without contempt.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would presume that once you are in the company and apply for the new position I would hope they would do a preliminary interview so we can have face to face conversation irrelevant of experience or position. I have applied for multiple positions but no one has even interviewed me.
