I feel valued for the work I do. I'm paid well, and my schedule working from home is pretty flexible. I'm lucky enough to not be mandated to go into an office.
The pay is WILDLY a lot! lol
Annual salaries are above average and the annual bonuses are really good!
I worked at Cigna for eight years and left for seven years. When i was rehired I started at my 8 years of service.

aside from the first time I was hired - as a contractor - I've never had to interview for a job at Cigna. word kind of gets around about where you might want to go next, and I'm lucky enough to have a supporting manager(s) who helped propel me to new opportunities.
