I feel valued for the work I do. I'm paid well, and my schedule working from home is pretty flexible. I'm lucky enough to not be mandated to go into an office.

I worked at Cigna for eight years and left for seven years. When i was rehired I started at my 8 years of service.
The time off is probably the best benefit
The workload and demand is so high that salaried employees are stressed over taking time out of work to address a childcare or health issue because they won't get their work done. It makes you feel like you have no value. It's hard to compensate that.
Comoensation should be based on employees personal performance not the team

aside from the first time I was hired - as a contractor - I've never had to interview for a job at Cigna. word kind of gets around about where you might want to go next, and I'm lucky enough to have a supporting manager(s) who helped propel me to new opportunities.

It was a remote job.
It was short and there were only 2 interviews.

I would presume that once you are in the company and apply for the new position I would hope they would do a preliminary interview so we can have face to face conversation irrelevant of experience or position. I have applied for multiple positions but no one has even interviewed me.

No one wants to talk to us because we come off as a sales call and they don’t care whether or not it saves they money or are from their insurance company. No one wants to talk to a salesman. Especially when cold called. Real sales should not come off as sales. This needs to be taug
