Executive Bio

Mr. Curtis A. Ferguson, also known as Curt, has been President of Greater China and Korea at The Coca-Cola Company since September 1, 2016. Mr. Ferguson served as President of Middle East & North Africa Business Unit at The Coca-Cola Company since 2011 until September 1, 2016. Mr. Ferguson holds a number of community and civic directorships, serving as executive vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, chairman of the Cairo American College, chairman of the Community Services Association and director of the Bilateral Fulbright Commission. He served as the President, North and West Africa Division of Coca-cola Co., since January 2005. He began his career at Procter and Gamble before joining The Coca-Cola Company in 1983, where he held various positions, including manager of the Bottler Operations Candidate Program in Atlanta. He was appointed Region Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola Thailand in 1988 and General Manager of P.T. Coca-Cola Indonesia in 1990. He became country manager for Singapore and Malaysia and was made Vice President of F&NCC Sales and Marketing in Singapore in 1994. The following year, he was promoted to region manager of Indochina in Ho Chi Minh City. He moved to Africa in 1998 as a senior regional manager in Cairo. In 2000, he was named Managing Director of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company Egypt. He served as senior regional manager of the Western Africa Region since 2003 in Abidjan. Mr. Ferguson holds a B.Sc in Finance and Management from Indiana University. He completed the Stanford University Executive Development Programme in 1993 and the EmoryWharton KO Leadership Development Program in 2003.
