Ms. Galya Frayman Molinas has been the President of Turkey, Caucasus & Central Asia Business Unit at The Coca-Cola Company since 2012. Ms. Molinas started her career at Unilever Turkey in 1989 before joining The Coca-Cola Company in 1996. Ms. Molinas serves as the President of the Coca-Cola Life Plus Foundation in Turkey, overseeing a number of sustainable community initiatives. She has served as a founding member of Coca-Cola's Global Women's Leadership Council until 2011 and has chaired Turkey Business Council for Sustainable Development 2011 thru 2015. She has served as Marketing Director for Coca-Cola operations in Turkey, Central Europe and Russia. In 2007 and 2008, Ms. Molinas took on the role of Group Marketing Director for Coca-Cola's Eurasia Group, an operating unit which included Russia, India, Adriatic & Balkans Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East. Ms. Molinas has been Vice Chairman and Director of Coca-Cola Icecek A.S. since April 25, 2016. She is the Vice President of YASED, the International Investors Association of Turkey. She is also a member of Harvard Business School's MENA and Central Asia Advisory Board. Ms. Molinas is a graduate of Bosphorus University, Department of Business Administration.
