Direct and honest. They give you real-time feedback so you can improve. They care of people and what they do.

Everyone is driven and competitive but also helps each other and cheers the team to do great things. It is truly a team effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We focus 10% of the time on the problem and 90% on the solution. We feel like there is nothing we cannot accomplish if put our minds to it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great. My position has 100% paid premiums. After 3 years all associate's premiums are paid. 401k match gets up to 100% match for 9% which is truly amazing.
