What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The reward and recognition programs that we have.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are like a family! Everyone is very encouraging and willing to help whenever you need it!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The plan itself is great but the company coverage is the best part! I have never heard of a company doing that before this one.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The day in the filed. Yes it is a long unpaid workday BUT you really get a great idea of what you'll be doing! You will definitely leave knowing if the position is for you or not.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to take a deep dive into their management teams and see if they are truly the best person to be running a team. To my knowledge, they look at the numbers the team puts out as a direct reflection on the manager, which isn't necessarily the best way to do it.
