What makes you most happy at work?
I love completing a project and getting a job done. I love that what I do directly affects Kids and Community and the outreach they are able to do in the community. Lastly, the people that I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always direct with feedback and I never have to guess how I am doing. If there is a problem, it is brought to my attention so it can be addressed right away, and then we move forward. If I am doing a great job, they tell me and I am recognized for it.
