The hours are long, and there is not much flexibility on the schedule

We are pushed everyday to hit goals both personally and professionally! I love being held accountable to work goals and also my own personal goals that I am working toward.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The day in the field was so insightful, i loved learning about the position before I started. I also didn't feel like a stranger on my first day because I had met everyone before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We always get open and honest feedback, good or bad! Management cares about their people and wants us to succeed. High expectations can be hard to live up to, and the pressure is intense. When you are doing well you are recognized and rewarded for it!
