It's been a great 7.5 years. Have been promoted and received increases based on my performance far beyond what I thought I could ever get when I started. The wish list items I have received have been incredible. Not always easy, but awesome to work for a super successful company.

Pushes people to be the best. Very transparent on where people stand.

Pay for performance. I get promotions and bonuses based on my performance. I can control it!

We are extremely successful here, we only spend 10% of time on the problems and 90% on the solutions.

Medical and dental plans are amazing. So much better than other companies where I have worked. Partnership opportunity is incredible.

Open and honest communication. They are direct with feedback which is not always fun, but you can improve based on that feedback.
