What is the best part about your compensation package?
No complaint in this area. Its all good.
The discount is the only useful thing they offer
The amount of money I made.......
$15/hour for everyone (part-timers) across the board regardless of what they do. This is one of the best decisions the company has made with regards to remuneration for it's workers.
It's average. No complaints and no celibrations.
I am in a part-time, semi-retired situation so most of these compensation questions do not apply. Thanks for asking, though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To receive an actual living wage
We do alot for what we make. But, no raise this year. That seems a little unfair as I am sure Satish got his pay raise.
Most in store employees are underpaid and raises are annually and miniscule. Full time hourly employees are not paid a living wage but are expected to perform as managers.
Better sync of salary and performance evaluation

It would take four years to earn one dollar an hour more than where I started. Balloons and cookies don't help pay the mortgage.
I am doing more than I am supposed to for my position, I would love to be paid more from my current pay.
I feel undervalued because of our supervisors and the way they treat employees
