I am in a part-time, semi-retired situation so most of these compensation questions do not apply. Thanks for asking, though.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The Container Store's first Foundation Principle is 1 Equals 3. One GREAT employee equals three good employees. We screen prospective applicant well. We don't hire just anyone to fill a model.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very much as I was at the field management level. They understand how servant leadership is the key to getting a workforce to respond to the needs of the business. I find this attitude at every level of the company. It is a great pleasure to work for a company that understands this concept.
