Being nice and respectful to the employees. Judt ask them and see how many people are quitting or maybe have a mystery manager take a look at this horrible experience.

Break up the management team. Transfer the most dysfunctional members out. Bring in properly qualified leaders. Stop promoting from within when there are no suitable candidates. Ultimately the toxicity affects productivity and the stores's bottom line.
To receive an actual living wage
We do alot for what we make. But, no raise this year. That seems a little unfair as I am sure Satish got his pay raise.
Most in store employees are underpaid and raises are annually and miniscule. Full time hourly employees are not paid a living wage but are expected to perform as managers.
