We will not offer you a refund of any payments that have already been made for that membership. Alternatively, if you’d like to continue accessing your membership benefits for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for, you can turn the auto-renew setting off for your account. You can do this by visiting the My Account page, clicking on the Library tab, and toggling the auto-renew setting. You must cancel your membership at least 2 days before it is set to automatically renew.
