What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our current compensation package allows for flexible PTO and a healthcare benefits package that is far above what other businesses this size offer. My pay is higher than market average.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team truly cares about the crew. They hold consistent town halls to encourage transparency from the top-down. Additionally, my manager works hard to ensure I get ample opportunities to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have nerf gun fights, team lunches, sponsored massages and parties, fun outings, and are always down for a good prank. It's a fun culture and we truly feel like a family that cares about the success of those around us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is the hardest-working, most fun crew that I've been a part of. We all truly respect each other and the role that each person plays in the overall success and growth of The Digital Ring. I couldn't ask for better coworkers.
