What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My coworkers were amazing and came from a variety of work backgrounds. Very hard workers and also dealt with the clearly confused leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to refocus on employee well-being, ensure transparency in job descriptions, and align promises with actions. Encourage a culture that values employees and their contributions, rather than solely prioritizing metrics and numbers.
